Relationship Process
Inquire 9-12 months in advance of your set date
Conduct collaborative consultation in person or virtually
Receive draft inspiration board from Midcoast Blooms
Provide feedeback
Revise inspiration board and draft pricing proposal
Secure your event with your reserve-the-date
Follow-up discussion 8 weeks prior to set event details
Payment due 4 weeks prior to event date

We operate on a first-come first-serve basis!
One event per weekend!
