Customer service is at the core of our relationships. Communication, kindness, and timeliness are of utmost importance to us. So we’re committed to returning your phone calls or emails ASAP! And we believe in the value of face-to-face communication even if that’s with an video conference call.

Relationship Process

• Inquire 9-12 months in advance of your set date

• Conduct collaborative consultation in person or virtually

• Receive draft inspiration board from Midcoast Blooms

• Provide feedeback

• Revise inspiration board and draft pricing proposal

• Secure your event with your reserve-the-date

• Follow-up discussion 8 weeks prior to set event details

• Payment due 4 weeks prior to event date
